Job Description
Nurse Practitioner SICU/CVCU 12-hour weekday nights, with rotation to weekend days Positions are available for an Adult, Acute or Family Nurse Practitioner. In this position, you will have the opportunity to practice in the inpatient setting and be responsible for performing physical assessments and therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, assisting with discharge planning; and coordinating patient care with other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Requirements include a Masters Degree in Nursing, NY State Nurse Practitioner certification with prescriptive privileges plus a minimum of 2 years of SICU/CVCU experience. NP experience is required. Excellent communication skills are essential.
